REPORTING, WIDGET & DASHBOARD PRODUCTION

What will your job be?

Create a data map of the L&G and define reports and widgets to fill gaps identified with our stakeholders
Production, maintenance & evolution of relevant reports (Business Object) for the company (Annual report, ISO/internal audit, investor request, specific request) and Project owner
Production, maintenance & evolution of relevant widgets and dashboard to cover internal audiences needs (Project owner, Xcom, Compliance,...)

The Challenges ahead:

Review and propose changes of the existing structure based on KPIs defined by L&G management within first 3 months

- % coverage of the data map vs initial, data accuracy >98%
- #volume of widgets/dashboards released, #reports released, # tickets opened on report data quality

User satisfaction quarterly survey for stakeholder

Your key success factors:

Experience for about 3 to 7 years.
Education in MBA in HR Analytics
Ability/Experience to represent Learning prograM/Functions related data for regular MIS, Analytics for decisionmaking. Should have experience in working with tools like MS-Office
Identify & Organize data for periodic analysis & reporting
Represent data using Dash boarding tools to convey message as well as for decision making
