Role Summary
We are looking for an Administrator to support our Human Resources department in WWS where You will act as the first point of contact for admin -related queries from employees and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel, labor and internal records
- Maintenance the access and attendance related reports Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Liaise with external vendors / partners, like insurance vendors, office administration, assets AMCs and ensure legal compliance.
- Maintaining and monitoring record on security, local vendor, Housekeeping, Access Record facility management.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant emp
- Monitoring and verifying the new employee documents & Impart the admin onboarding to them.
- Preserving emergency maintenance includes first aid and arranging travel accommodations and process expense forms.
- Any other work which is provided by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Master's in Business Administration
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Computer literacy
- Flexible shifts
