Job Description:


A Client OF CP-HR- Services Pvt, Ltd -is a cleantech enterprise working on sustainable resource management for Industries, Institutions, and Urban Local Bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in EPC project execution
  • Oversee day to day activities at the site monitoring of site progress
  • Complete installation process of the product has to be understood and implemented at
the site

  • Capacity to handle man power at the site.
  • To supervise the erection, mechanical and electrical installation according to
approved drawings and standard, start up and commission of our equipment, to assist
our client in the coordination of the project on site

  • Material handling and inspection of material at the site
  • Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities
  • Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
  • Assessing and managing safety hazards
  • Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place
Job Requirement

Skills and Qualifications required

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 3 years prior onsite experience for large scale plant or facility construction in the
sectors of refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, oil & gas, energy etc.

  • Appropriate experience in design, supervision or implementation of mechanical works
in buildings and industrial construction

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to complete full project designs and
integrations (green field and/or brown field projects)

  • Project Supervision & Execution, Labour Management, MIS, knowledge of real estate
industry; Labour handling skills
