JOB DESCRIPTION:

we are looking for a creative, well-organized MIS executive.


The duties of the MIS executive include formulating strategies, staying current with new IT system advancements, planning and developing computer systems on schedule and according to requirements, analysing operations, and suggesting improvements.

They also manage resources, help with onboarding and training, and allocate resources. You should be able to manage risks well while also safeguarding data.

You should make an effort to advance your expertise through study and ongoing education if you want to be a good MIS executive.

Outstanding MIS executives are able to work with both senior and junior staff to solve problems in an efficient, affordable manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the organization's information systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of information.
  • Design, develop, and implement reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to meet the organization's business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with information systems and data.
  • Evaluate the organization's current systems and processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful implementation of information systems and solutions.

Requirements:


  • 23 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of information systems, data analytics, and business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Very Organised and meticulous

Salary:
₹11, ₹29,443.64 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
