Staff nurse those who can manage and coordinate our patients.
Along with good communication skill and managing our department.
Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assisting in medical procedures and surgeries.
Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
Staff nurse those who manage patient care and iv cannulation.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Evaluating the effectiveness of care plans and adjusting as necessary.
Maintaining accurate and uptodate medical records.
Recording patient symptoms, treatments, and outcomes.
Communicating with other healthcare providers through written and verbal reports.
