Managing Day-to-Day Operations

  • Lead the team in a shift.
  • Familiarize with the brand business strategy.
  • Responsible for Safety and Hygiene Protocols.
  • Ensuring trainings of SOPs, food and beverage of the restaurant and
  • Ensure Daily operations are smooth and efficient.
  • Maintaining optimum level inventory.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service

  • Be forefront in creating guest experience and upselling.
  • Be forefront in problem solving & make sure that guest satisfaction.
  • Motivated to cater to all kinds of consumers to drive sales in consultation with the Restaurant Manager
  • Ensure Prompt & Efficient service by the team.
  • Assist to Plan & Execute Innovative service styles according to the menu & consumer requirement

Salary:
₹25,000.00 per month
