Job Summary


As a
Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's back-office operations.

Your role will involve handling various tasks related to data management, documentation, coordination, and administrative support, contributing to the efficient operation of the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Data Management:
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in the company's databases or software systems.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entries.
  • Generate reports and analyze data as required.
  • Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Handle document processing, scanning, and archiving.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as clients, vendors, and service providers, as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the team or department.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Operations Support:
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Support other operational activities as required.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or backoffice role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management procedures.
  • Languages to be known Kannada and Hindi Mandatory.

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
