  • 3.5L to 4.5L Job description Drafting & preparing tenders, correspondence, notices and responses. Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements primarily relating to event Industries including review of Tender Documents, RFP floated by various Govt. Bodies Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management. Review and draft contracts, agreements and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements. Provide legal assistance to various internal teams across corporate matters. Take care of corporate law compliances.

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
