WORKING LOCATION :

( AUTOMOBILE KNOWLEDGE MUST)

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they need.
  • Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and offer recommendations based on their needs.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale (POS) system.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively upsell and crosssell products.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales area, including shelves, displays, and product signage.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring proper pricing and labeling.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
