Position Description:


Your future duties and responsibilities:

This is to provide support to the QA and PROD environment of our client.

3+ years of L2/L3 Support and Software Upgrade

Install release patches and validate them in QA and PROD environments

Participate in sprint and release planning meetings to understand the changes to the mnemonics and plan for support during QA and PROD deployments

Responsible for managing, scheduling and executing software upgrades


Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Primary Skill:
Unix, Production Support

  • Overall 4+ years of experience
  • Unix, Software installation, Server Patching, Service now
Experience: 4 to 6 years


Skills:


  • Vulnerability Management(IAVM)


  • Server
