Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide customers with product and service information and answer any questions they may have.
  • Maintain customer relationships by following up on leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tele marketing activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and concise speaking voice.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in tele marketing or sales is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Compensation:


  • Monthly CTC of upto 25000
  • 15 Days CL and 6 days SL per annum
  • Health Insurance of 2 Lakhs/person for the employee, spouse and 2 children
  • 1 Month Gross Salary paid as Bonus during Diwali

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
