Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services
- Identify and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language.
- Good listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
