Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Executive at TRUFLOW Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Coimbatore. We have multiple vacancies in Hosur, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai.
The Customer Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, understanding their requirements, and proposing suitable products and services.
The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and achieving sales targets.Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service and sales
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills
Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM software Knowledge of sales techniques and processes
Degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field Fluency in English
Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
