Position Overview:

We are seeking a Support Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of our software solutions for clients. Your primary role will involve providing timely support, customer's issues, optimizing customer retention performance.


Qualifications and Responsibilities:


You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, proven experience in customer support, strong understanding of E-Commerce and Tally, excellent communication, and customer service skills.


Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
