Description
Job responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing).
- Identify and assess student needs to achieve satisfaction and maintain healthy relationship.
- Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- To ensure the best Customer Experience is given to all students.
- Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of students.
- Genuine passion for speaking to people, answering queries and a clear communicator.
- Freshers or experienced can apply.
- Strong language, communication, and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam fluency mandatory).
- Focused and goaloriented.

About the Company
Job Types:
