Roles and Responsibility

WC_SS Analyst (contractor) will be responsible
1. To process cases on CPA Tools Queue daily.
2. He / she would be required to daily liaison & follow up with CPA/D/R specialists for tool assignment.
3. In addition, he/she would be responsible to complete daily targets of Letter Management cases / referrals.
4. Adherence to state and federal compliance policies and contract compliance is mandatory.
5. Reporting daily completion status of work/assignment completed
