About Losung 360
We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving to 45 plus brands.

Our business is divided into 2 main verticals:
Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation under which we have 4 service lines. As we have scaled to 1 lakh orders per day during our peak, we have realised to restructure.

Our approach of doing business from providing scalable service lines, to customers to creating Products for our targeted customers, achieve the required Product-market fit, scale, evolve and reiterate.

Currently we have conceptualised 4 Products for our Fulfilment Business. Our Product(s) will be focused on mid-mile (Fulfilment Centre Ops) and last mile (aggregation and integration) fulfilment ops only. We operate in 8 Fulfilment Centres in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai spanning across 5.5 lakh sq. ft.


Key Task:


Procurement

  • Planning & procurement of stock basis fresh demand and current floor stock.
  • Coordination with brand and FC team for Inventory IB & OB.
  • Coordination with portal category team for future development and demands.

Operations

  • Ensuring correct price as per alignment.
  • Daily connect with FC team for Bulk fulfilment as per TAT.
  • Coordination client & FC team for new ops developments.
  • Monitoring returns, missing inventory
  • Track record of the PODs
  • Tracking order execution in vendor flex.
  • MIS reports & analysis

Accounts

  • Payment tracking of agreed & scheduled are in place
  • Close coordination with Finance & portal team for reconciliation.


  • Contra

  • COGS, Media plan, CN reports, NCEMI tracking.

Service Knowledge

  • You should have a deep understanding of the services we are providing.
  • You should be able to communicate this information to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Inventory Management

  • You will have to keep track of inventory levels and make sure that there is enough stock available to meet clients' demand.
  • You will have to work closely with the production team to ensure that products are manufactured and shipped on time.

Reporting and Analysis

  • You will have to generate reports on sales performance, client behaviour, and inventory levels.
  • You will have to analyse this data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Continuous Learning

  • You should be willing to learn new skills and keep up with industry trends.
  • You should attend training sessions and
conferences to stay up to date with the latest developments in the e-commerce industry.


Sales Management

  • The primary responsibility of a manufacturing sales associate in an ecommerce vertical is to manage sales processes, including lead generation, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • You must work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and provide
them with information on products and services.


Client Service

  • Manufacturing sales associates must be able to provide excellent client service.
  • You should be able to answer any questions potential clients may have about products or services, provide product demonstrations, and offer support after the sale.

Relationship Building

  • A manufacturing sales associate must develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • They should be able to identify new opportunities for sales and work closely with existing clients to ensure their needs are met.

Cross Department Management

  • Manufacturing sales associates must work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as with other departments such as finance and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.

Vendor Management

  • You will have to maintain good connections with the vendors by connecting on a regular basis.
  • You will be interacting with vendors in case of any concerns.

Key Requirements:


  • Must have an experience of minimum 2 years into Sales & operations. Preferably
  • Ecommerce Analytical mind
  • Team coordination skills.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a command over MS Excel & Google sheet
  • Fulltime graduation is a must. Postgraduation or equivalent is preferable.
