Description

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in Hindi over the phone.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and upsell products when appropriate.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when assisting customers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Requirements:


  • Strong verbal communication skills in
    Hindi(Malayalam

/Bengali/Tamil/Gujarati) & English* with a clear and pleasant voice.

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Eligibility:


  • Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduation (
    Freshers Most Preferred)
  • Age criteria: 18 To 30 years
