Description

Supervises wastewater treatment operators; assigns, directs, trains and inspects the work of staff; disciplines, coaches, counsels, and evaluates staff performance; verifies staff time sheets and PTO usage.

Ensures compliance with operating permit requirements; analyzes data to determine proper operating conditions.
