  • Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Problem Resolution:
Effectively resolve guest issues and complaints, taking ownership of problems and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with guests

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business through personalized attention and exemplary service.


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven work experience in a guest relations, customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and guest-centric mindset.

Ability to handle guest issues and complaints calmly and effectively, resolving them to the guest's satisfaction.

Fluency in Hindi Speaking


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
