On this mission, we are backed by the world's top accelerator program Y-Combinator. We are looking for an experienced and creative PR & Communications to join our team.

As a Content Strategist you will be responsible for developing and implementing our content strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments. We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced, knowledge-driven environment. This position is responsible for supporting the brand-building and awareness-raising function of Oneistox for a global audience.

Working closely with the content team, you will help to drive and oversee media outreach, collaborations with bloggers, influencers and publications, PR planning and activations.

Qualifications and skills:

Minimum 2 years of related work experience, ideally in public relations and media relations with a proven track record of successful pitching.
Excellent writing and communications skills, particularly around speeches, organisational messaging, media writing, and external communications.
Proven ability to execute tactical implementation of communication strategies.
Experience working closely with multimedia to tell a story (video, online, social media).
Ability to think outside the box to find the unique story and contribute to story development.
Ability to be flexible, proactive, organised, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Aptitude in presentation and public speaking

Job responsibilities:

Develop and deliver a PR plan that aligns with Oneistox's mission, vision and philosophy.
Cultivate and steward relationships with bloggers, influencers, publications and other media outlets within the AECO industry to reach key target audiences for the brand.
Build media lists, identify newsworthy and innovative storylines and coverage opportunities, craft pitches to support global messaging goals and deepen Oneistox's brand resonance in the AECO industry.
Closely manage a calendar of PR activity and report on performance
Undertake industry research to identify potential areas for pushing Oneistox's brand visibility as well as generate story ideas and angles for the same.
Measure performance of each activity and event
Determine KPIs for PR
Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
Arrange and coordinate interviews with leading industry experts and mentors
