Job Description:

Project Manager Role involves project planning and tracking, requirements elicitation from customer, co - ordination of development and test teams, German customer coordination.

Mandatory Competencies:

Handson Project management experience of 8 years in automotive domain
Preparation of Estimation, Effort and Budget Tracking, Customer Coordination, Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics Reporting
Stake holder management and synchronization and diversified stakeholder interests.
Managing requirements and changes in the project
Good understanding and experience in using Agile methodologies (e.g.

SAFE)

Knowledge and experience in systematic risk identification and assessment
Knowledge and experience in preparing risk strategies and in handling control activities
Excellent DevOps/Cloud and Life Cycle Management tool knowledge preferable with Automotive domain
Adaptive to challenging situations
Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO /ASPICE quality standard

Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management.

Certification

PM/CSM/SAFE would be preferred.

Willing to travel to the customer's locations on need basis within India or outside India.
Willing to be flexible to work and explore various tools based on demand.
Must have strong communication skills to be able to convey messages to clients and team members
