Primary Responsibilities:

Engage in thorough client interactions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their property requirements and preferences.
Effectively convey the advantages and features of our services to clients.
Build relationships with potential clients through proactive sales outreach.
Skillfully manage requirements and negotiate new business agreements to completion.
Actively pursue business prospects through targeted outreach initiatives.
Establish and diligently pursue annual targets and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
Utilize insightful analysis to identify new opportunities and address business requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Ideally possess 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Exceptional customer service skills are highly valued.
