As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team and contribute to our mission of fostering excellence in the IT industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct training sessions on Java full stack development, including core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JavaScript, Angular, React, or other relevant technologies.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and handson exercises to enhance the learning experience of participants.
  • Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of individuals or corporate clients.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on participants' progress, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring the training accordingly.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Java and related technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of learning management systems and online training content.
  • Mentor and guide learners in their projects and assignments, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise during live projects and problemsolving sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in Java full stack development, including proficiency in core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and frontend technologies like JavaScript, Angular, or React.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs to diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
  • Industry certifications in Java and related technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer, Spring Certification) will be a plus.
  • Prior experience in Agile development methodologies and realworld project implementation is highly desirable.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
