    Key missions of the position:

    Achieving production as per plan (Operational Raito), Labour Efficiency, Utilization, Productivity

    Controlling WIP inventory, Rejections, Rework, Scrap rate

    Improving 6S, Kaizen, VSM from the current level

    Supporting for Lean Implementation

    Make sure KPI targets are met on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and report

  • Implement Kaizen on the shop floor.
  • React in case of a problem through QRQC
  • Drive improvement ideas generation and implementation
  • Aims to devote 30% of time to improvement actions

    • Health, Safety and Environmental working condition:

  • Responsible for immediate stopping of a line in case of safety risks
  • Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
  • Lead HSE core teams and drive implementation to follow
  • Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics

    • Team Work:

  • Arrive before start of shift in order to ensure transfer of all information from the supervisor of previous shift
  • Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of Business Unit performance
  • Participate to Business Unit Top 5 and report line performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated

    • Qualification : B.E Mechanical /Electrical with 8 to 10 years of experience
