Your Role at TrainingInbox - Customer Support Intern_

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various teams to provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Provide essential backend support to the IT department, including logging and tracking technical issues and assisting in their resolution.
  • Connect with customers as needed, particularly during the registration process, to address any problems and provide guidance.

Requirements:


  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Must possess a working laptop and maintain a stable internet connection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • A strong sense of empathy and a customerfocused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
