Staff SDET, you will be someone with solid experience in SQA and automation skills who likes challenges - someone who is constantly striving for excellence in software test automation and tool development.

Working directly with our QE Leadership team, you will ensure perfect game experiences for millions of players of our games.

Responsibilities include:

Participate in Requirement Analysis. Identify focus areas during testing and QE, and communicate these clearly to product owners and senior management.
Understand and Analyze the Functional & Regression scope of Product Development items. Assign resources to various projects so that their utilisation is maximised.
Good at strategising automation approaches and driving execution plans based on project needs.
For any new type of feature or technology, able to make progress without any guidance on both fronts.
Come up with technology suggestions and implementation ( Tools, Process & Framework improvements) to enable continuous improvement in test coverage and efficiency.
Coordinate & collaborate across teams to own endtoend test activities such as test estimation, test script development, test execution & defect management.
Communicate clearly and openly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, challenges and timelines.
Responsiveness: Availability to work on critical issues in any area during stress.
Mentoring: Demonstrated an ability to mentor large teams and lead talented test engineers.

Defining and Driving

Chaos, Performance/Load testing and App Security testing experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or better in CS or related field, 10+ years experience with leading Test Teams with both Functional and Automation Testing expertise in the fastpaced delivery environment
Practical experience in all types of testing, including exploratory, functional, and nonfunctional testing, such as performance, reliability, and security.
Industry experience in best practices for designing robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Collaborate with other teams, such as development, product management, and user experience, to ensure that the testing process is integrated with the overall product development process.
Stay current with emerging automation tools, techniques, and technologies.
Understand how all components and interfaces of the product work together and develop QE approaches to fit the overall product architecture.
Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies and continuously assess their effectiveness.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test automation strategies for software products.
Authoring, reviewing, and executing the automation scripts.
Debug and resolve complex automation issues promptly.
Stay current with emerging automation tools, techniques, and technologies.
Lead the development of testing frameworks and infrastructure to support automation.
Develop and implement automation standards and processes.
Understand how all components and interfaces of the product work together and develop QE approaches to fit the overall product architecture.
Estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using opensource tools
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Work directly and report Automation status to QA Manager.
Manage and execute deliverables as per Automation Test Plan.
Mentor team to build test automation and drive adoption of key initiatives and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be responsible for collaborating with other teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Experience in defining and implementing effective test strategies and plans.
Should be skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with a systematic approach to problemsolving and be proactive in preventing defects and improving overall product quality.
Good experience with Agile development methodologies, as well as DevOps principles. Should be able to adapt to fastpaced development cycles and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
