Position:
Operation Auditor

Location:
Pen/Goa

Work Timing: 09:30am to 06:30pm (6 days a week, 2nd Saturday Off)

CTC:
2.28 lacs

Experience: 01 to 02 yrs. In Sales Audit

Qualification:
Graduation

Responsible for conducting:

Concurrent Audit
Collections Audit
Monthly Branch Audit

Audit Management:
Conducts and Ensures completion of Monthly Audits

Assists in Disbursement

Responsible for conducting Special Audit

Verification of Cash Activity Report (CAR)

Ensures Audit of Disbursement Documentation for Non-Bombay Branches

Relationship Management:
Participates in monthly audit meeting at head-office level

Presents the audit observations during the month and discusses with team and AVP Audit

Activities

Conducts concurrent audit

Completes MERP entries of audited meetings

Helps in KYCV of all branches

Helps in conducting disbursement during month ends - JLG and Non JLG

Follows-up with the pending collection issues - ticket with MERP team

Attends SODM and EODM of branches and verifies cash registers

Conducts Field investigations of issues reported during disbursement or of any specific observations

Conducts monthly branch audit

Conducts special audit. Example
- collections audit, cash audit, specific community / staff audit

Prepares Important Audit Observation (IAO) report and send to Senior Auditor for discussion

Conduct KYC verification process through MERP

Conducts cash verification - twice a week and report deviations

Salary:
Up to ₹19,000.00 per month
