SW-PL act as a sub project leader in the SW development of a Platform project (Automotive Steering product)

The main activities of the SW Project Leader in platform (SW-PL) are:

Development and implementation of defined technical content acc. to project targets (ASPICE/ISO26262/BSW/Modelbased)
Risk management within discipline scope and support of SYSPL/PjM
Project planning and tracking within discipline scope, crossfunctional aligned between the disciplines
Evaluation and planning of technical requirements and estimation of effort within project scope
Support PjM in the management of technical issues within project scope
Preparation of releases within the project scope (e.g. Level x, QGPx)
Interface with Product managers to plan the required contents in PI
As a Scrum Master, responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demo and retrospective meetings and supporting in PI planning

Additional information

German language proficiency is an advantage

Qualifications:

BE/Btech (Computer Science, Electronics,

Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication), ME, M.Tech

Knowledge and experience in Embedded C (Preferred : Automotive Domain)
Knowledge and experience with integration of AUTOSAR basic software, RTE generation Preferred
Experience in creating ECU configuration from ECU extract with any Autosar tool preferred (Eg. System desk )
Knowledge of tools like DOORS,, JIRA,Bitbucket ,Enterprise architect preferred
Knowledge and experience in software build tools cmake & knowledge of conan, artifactory etc preferred
Experience in Continuous integration with Jenkins is preferred
Experience with measurement and calibration tools like CANalyzer, CANape, INCA
Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Perl etc is an added advantage
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge / experience with Quality process & Safetystandards such as ASPICE/CMMI, ISO 2626
Passion for automotive engineering.
Team player with good problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Servant Leadership skills and mindset
