Admissions Counselor - Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - Ekya Schools

Role Purpose:
Detailed responsibilities are provided below:
Drive admissions
- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Prepares and present applicant reports to the Head of School regularly
- Participate in educational events, fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the school.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues and external agencies for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to organize presentations and information sessions
- Coordinate and execute admission activities including student registration, testing and recruitment.
- Perform other school clerical activities when needed.
- Build broad knowledge on admission activities and guidelines.
Marketing
- Identify admission events (such as expos) to be conducted externally and other campus events internally (such as open house) to build enquiries and successfully drive these events.
- Identify innovative marketing strategies for building admissions pipeline and ensure endtoend on ground implementation of the same.
Dashboard
- Prepare detailed admissions dashboard at periodic intervals (weekly/monthly) as directed by the Head of School.
- Promote a number driven approach to looking at admissions at campus level will involve putting together daily admissions dashboards etc.
Qualifications
- Must possess experience in a collegiate environment to understand the academic culture and must have the ability to effectively interact with faculty, staff, students, parents, and administrators.

- Ability to research and quickly develop knowledge of employer recruiting strategies, jobmarket trends, occupational, career and personal growth.
- Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail; outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is of utmost importance.
- Strong workethic, detaildriven, and a commitment to doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, delegate, and lead by example.
Professional Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, psychology, communication, public relations or other related major. Master's degree preferred. International experience will be an added advantage.

₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
