Job description
Senior Production Executive typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Strictly from the event management background:
Work closely with other departments to ensure that the events run smoothly from beginning to end.

Oversee the entire event production process and not limited to venue selection, vendor management, budget, logistics, and on-site execution.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers and secure best possible rates and terms.

Stay up-to-date with the industry norms, trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and development.

Production costing is necessary.

Managing staff and ensuring they have adequate training to perform their jobs.

Preparing post P& L report and guiding the team to create a post P&L report.

Creating a budget for the event based on the project.

Attending client meetings online and offline for a new project brief.


Coordinating all aspects of the event, coordinating with the creative team, providing proper size details with the team including choosing vendors and contractors, setting up the final event.


Salary:
₹12, ₹37,930.60 per month


Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
