Project Role Description:

In collaboration with Product Managers, the Graphic Designer is responsible for developing company imageries and delivering a powerful and consistent brand.

This will be achieved via digital and print form and by leveraging a proven graphics ability with great attention to detail.

Work Experience: 2-4 years

Work location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of sales pitch decks and update content as needed- Infographics

Assist with video editing and production needs, as necessary
Blog headers

- eBooks

Collaborate with the content marketing and copywriting team to create compelling & engaging social media content
Social images
Design interactive landing pages, and other web content for sales and marketing usage
Create short form video content, including reels, social videos, and gifs
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables
Technical Experience:Working knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Exceptional written communication
Experience in proof reading
Ability to work independently.
Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.
Demonstrated initiative
Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
Experience working in high technology industry is a plus
Professional Attributes:

Good communication and team work skills

Good analytical and presentation skills Knowledge on software architecture and multiple project methodologies: waterfall, agile, Scrum

Required skills:

Any bachelor's degree in any stream is a must.

Certification or degree in Graphic Design is required to qualify.
A great eye for design, layout, typography and color selections
A portfolio showcasing your design, process, and your proficiency in delivering compelling creative product;
Expert eye for creative that resonates with and engages digitally native consumers
