1. Meeting Customers (Gvt. Authorities) understand their concerns and work on resolution for the discussed issues.


  • Address customer needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into Happy customers.
  • Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
  • Provide constructive feedback on the effectiveness of Services, Team, activities, and responsiveness.
  • Deliver knowledge to customers about our services and company profile through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and cooperation.
  • Manage and maintain relations and communication with the Team and authorities. Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary.
  • Reporting the discussion points with the concern team heads getting resolve the issue and report back to authorities after completion.
  • Checking the documents are maintained according to the company protocols and in very prompt manner, (Documents are very crucial and confidential which need to be taken care properly.)
  • Visit reports to be maintained on daily basis and to be shared with the reporting manager.

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Any Degree
  • Experience
  • Minimum 2 Years

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
