Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress

Requirements:


  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a recruiter
  • Proven retail experience
  • GCC Experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Resultoriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Salary:
₹9, ₹31,786.82 per month


Schedule:
