Role Definition

A site supervisor is one who is responsible for efficient on site measurements and installations of furniture for Collins Wardrobes to achieve client satisfaction.

Responsibility Deliverable

On site measurements
Installation of Furniture on site
Servicing sites where required

Tasks and Activities

On site measurements
Accompanying BDE to site for taking on

- site measurements with the following the format of the measurement Handbook.

Explaining all measurements to the design team to arrive at accurate site situation.
Installation of Furniture on site
Arranging installers from the carpenter community to assist in furniture installations.
Reading AutoCAD drawings and directing the installers.
Ensuring that site is in workable condition and necessary tools required are available on site.
Recording are problems/ missing parts/ extra parts/ damages (from factory) to the design team.
Ensuring that all work on site is completed on time.
Servicing sites where required
Visiting sites where customers are complaining about problems with furniture.
Recording are problems/ replacements/ damages reported in the furniture to the design team.
Ensuring that site is managed effectively.
