Job Description of Outreach Intern (Events):

Market research on national and international events of schools and ministries.
Assist projects to propagate Astronomy & Science awareness
Smooth functioning of events
Research relevant stories and articles to feature in our blogs.
Assist with drafting surveys and collecting and analyzing responses.
Welcoming participants during the event, onsite or outside of the company.
Research on Govt. Schemes/CSR Grants/Ministry Tenders
Managing Press Release data

Job Specifications:

Qualifications: Bachelor or Master's degree or a related field experience

Personality traits: Ability to prioritize tasks, adaptability, & positive attitude.

Experience: Fresher

Skills: Market research, writing, event management, Public relations & communication.

Deliverables at job:

Assist the outreach department with a wide range of projects related to daytoday event operations and planning.
Assembling materials for marketing brochures. Planning programming and logistics for openings and Members events.
Gain firsthand knowledge about the premiere showpiece for many grassroots organizations — educating our members and business partners, and gain professional experience in communications, marketing, analytics, outreach, and event planning for a thriving organization.
