As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads or sales for the company.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience. Identify key platforms, content themes, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is consistent with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visuals and multimedia content.
Community Management:
Monitor and engage with the audience across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.Social Media Advertising:
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, drive website traffic, and achieve specific marketing objectives.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).Social Listening and Insights:
Monitor social media conversations and trends related to the brand, industry, and competitors.
Gather insights from social media analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for management.
Social Media Trends andBest Practices:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Conduct research on emerging platforms and tools that can enhance the company's social media marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role or agency environment.
- Indepth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
