Requirements:
- Education: MBA / CA, preferably with specialized training in ESG / Sustainability. Undergraduate degree in social/environmental studies preferred (ex: Environment Tech engineer, Social Science from TISS, CSR related graduation, economics with rural/poor segments focus).
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop ESG policies for the organization.
- Prepare ESG reports in various formats.
- Engage with stakeholders regarding ESG matters.
- Enhance ESG performance and ratings across the organization.
