Nature of job - *Inbound customer service*Job type - Permanent

Job Location - (Chandivali, Mumbai)


Interview process - First round is Telephonic + (Final Round will be face to face)

Job Profile - Has to resolve a query regarding Vodafone & Idea Service Department


Requirements:
HSC/ Diploma 03 years (Polytechnic)/ Graduate Fresher with excellent communication skills ( Sal-17k to 18k in hand)

HSC/Graduate+ 6 months BPO experience (Sal - 19k in hand)


Process - Linguist-
English + (Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi) + 6 months experience (Sal -21k In hand)

English + Malayalam, Bengali + 6 months Exp ( Sal - 23k in-hand )


Shift timings -
for Girls - Day Rotational (7 am -9pm ) any 9 Hrs

Boys - 24*7 Rotational shift

Week off -1 Rotational

₹15, ₹21,000.00 per month
