Job description - Customer Support Executive(Technical Support)
- Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients
- Solve the queries related to tax return filing, bill print issue and reinstallation of software
- Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
Technical support, software Installation, and software support
