Job description - Customer Support Executive(Technical Support)

  • Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients
  • Solve the queries related to tax return filing, bill print issue and reinstallation of software
  • Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit

Tamil/Marathi/Hindi languages are must:

Must be a Graduate/Diploma.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹1,500, ₹1,800,000.00 per month
