The founding team includes people from top management consulting firms and top colleges in India (like BCG, and IITB), and has worked extensively in the construction space globally.

Funded by prominent global VCs, they are seeking to expand their team and hire across roles in technology, product, design, and content teams.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm ad concepts and ideas
Assisting in the creation of visual and written content for advertisements
Conducting research on target audience demographics and preferences to inform ad creation
Learning and utilizing design software or platforms to develop ad creatives (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Assisting in A/B testing and analyzing ad performance metrics to optimize campaigns
Providing input on ad copywriting and messaging to ensure consistency with brand voice and marketing objectives
Supporting the coordination of ad placement and scheduling across various channels (e.g., social media, display ads, PPC)
Assisting in monitoring competitor ads and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation in ad strategies.

Requirements:

Should have excellent writing skills
Good command of the English language
Unique and quality content for the required niche after thorough research within deadlines.
Social media marketing skills
Web analytics skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
Experience in digital marketing
Experience in the automation industry is a plus
Relevant industrial skills or experience will be a plus but not mandatory.
