Guest Relations Executive/ Telecaller - Remote, India - BARBEQUE NATION HOSPITALITY LTD
Description
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive which will be responsible for capturing feedback from guests and highlight the same to the management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Qualifications and skills:
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Fluency in English)
- Ability to handle a stressful situation appropriately
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
