Brief Description:
Drive SIM (Short Interval Meetings) covering Key KPI's at GEMBA.

Ensure that Daily Production Targets are met in line with the Planned Schedules.

Manage & develop a Multi-Skilled Workforce by training, coaching & mentoring.

Manage the Workforce with a high degree of discipline & maintain the shop floor with "Best in Class" 6S & Visual Factory Standards
Timely escalate Quality issues & Production barriers and collaborate Cross functionally with Quality, Technical, Methods & Maintenance Teams to solve Problems & drive continuous improvement Projects/Kaizens.
Drive & promote the Idea /Suggestion Scheme initiative at Shopfloor.
Ensure inventory accuracy at shop floor & timely completion of SAP transactions.
Drive standards relevant to production and manufacturing, e.g., ISO 9000 QMS etc.
Work toward continuous improvement by implementing Projects/Kaizens contributing to Quality, Safety, 6S & Efficiency improvements.

BE/ B.tech/Diploma

Competencies / Skills:
Fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English.

Incumbent will be appointed on the rolls of Euroflex Transmissions India Private Limited.
