Responsibilities

Drive the project deliver to scope within budget/timeline and according to project success criteria,
Manage project communication, escalations, day to day activities, risks and issues, Handle all the project documentation and results
Seeks ways to continuously improve the processes from lessons learned, bench markings, PM community, discussions, etc.
Communicates and sets expectations across functions and stakeholders. Leads team timetracking and keeps project resource plans updated
Should have prepared / conducted various reports for Daily, weekly and month

Prerequisites:

Qualification
Masters or equivalent ( CA etc)

Desirable qualities

Strong Knowledge of SAP FICO
Min 1218 years of total experience with min 5+ years in core ERP project management experience in SAP
Should have project management/Program Manager experience in min 5 or more endtoend SAP implementations.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication and excellent stakeholder managing skills. Strong English language skills.
Should be proficient handling Medium & Large ERP projects with outsourced and dynamic delivery environment.
Competent in planning and organization,
Ability to work with globally located, culturally diverse teams
Should possess leadership skills, and excellent collaboration to build strong and positive relationships
Incumbent should be customer and execution Focused, Integrity, Analytical and lateral thinking
Should be proactive, tenacious and meticulous

Base Location:
Noida, but flexible to travel
