  • Responsible for identifying training needs from different departments by meeting the stakeholders and using reports.
  • Coaching team on sales tips how to overcome challenges and achieve their targets...
  • Promoting an inclusive learning environment with a focus on employee engagement and retention
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency of procedures.
  • 56 years of work experience as Sales trainer in BPO preferably in outbound collection process.
  • Ability to communicate and resolve issues that affect Performance Criteria
  • Person should have handled Rampup in company of outbound projects
  • BPO Background with proper experience in handling outbound projects

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
