Description
We are looking for an Operations Assistant that will handle the following:

  • Updating daily stock report
  • Maintaining detention daily & monthly report
  • Export Non return container report (weekly once advise the report internally)
  • Shoutout & additional cost report
  • MT creation
  • Vessel Application
  • Weekly stock report
  • Out of sequence & EDI error
  • Mt query refresh
  • Maintaining CFS rebate report & Seal stock report
  • Container approval & Non export unit estimation cancellation work
  • Clearing Terminal bills
  • Productivity/ Port Performance Report
  • Handling Depot.

Requirements:


You will need to have:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 13 year experience in shipping and logistics business
  • Good computer software skill (EXCEL, WORD)
  • Good communications skills
