Job functions -

  • Investigate customer returns and confirm the details of the return with the customer;
  • Provide assistance to customers via outbound calls ,regarding their queries;
  • Contact customers to obtain necessary details required to complete or proceed with a return;
  • Make informed decisions on the validity of returns and refunds;
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Desired Position Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 01 years of experience in customer service or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
