Receive clear instructions from the Project Leader with respect to the job being handled.

Take delivery of the response sheets from the Team Leader and prepare a Job Sheet with details of total response sheets.
Follow the procedures & steps for scanning the response sheets.
Physically scan all the response sheets and complete the scanning process.
At the end of each scanning operation, cross check and verify the scanned response sheets against the total number of response sheets received.
After completion of scanning, handover the response sheets to the Team Leader.
Report all technical problems encountered, while scanning the response sheets to the Project Leader, for rectification by the Service Executive.
Keep a written record of technical problems and give a Scanner Functioning Report to the Project Leader.
Maintain a file containing all Job sheets of Previous job orders, for future reference.
Maintain documents as per ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 27001:2013 standards.
