Responsibilities:


  • Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for.
NET courses, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups, either inperson or through virtual platforms.
  • Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of participants, ranging from beginners to experienced developers.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees as they work through coding exercises and projects, offering assistance and answering questions.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in.
NET development to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.

  • Evaluate the performance and progress of trainees through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting training strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to attract participants and expand the reach of our training offerings.
  • Maintain training environments, including development tools and resources, ensuring they are properly configured and accessible to trainees.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in.
NET development, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and other related technologies.

  • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the field of.
NET development.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic training environment.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in.
NET development.

  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Moodle) is a plus.
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or other relevant certifications are desirable.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
