We are seeking a talented and visionary co-founder to join our team and help us build a world-class fintech.

As the CFO and co-founder, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our investment strategy and driving long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
Monitor the performance of our investment portfolios and make adjustments as needed.
Partner with the executive team to develop and execute longterm growth plans.
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely information is available to senior leadership.
Manage relationships with key investors and lenders.
Raise equity capital to support corporate development initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or other relevant field; an MBA in finance is preferred.
Minimum 10 years' experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in investment management.
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Resultsdriven with excellent strategic and analytical aptitudes.
Prior experience as a cofounder or founding team member preferred.

We offer equity participation 5%

Salary:
₹334, ₹1,583,011.60 per year
